Hobby Sense was born out of a desire and passion to
start a new local retail business in Canada, bringing my interest and love of
scale plastic and wooden modeling from Central Europe. I had little time to
build models back home, but the interest never left me. So when the opportunity
to move to Canada presented itself, Winnipeg seemed like the best choice for a
new life and a new business. My wife and two children brought their love of
puzzles and traditional embroidery crafts which we have also featured since our
grand opening over four years ago. After these four amazing years from being behind
and in front of the counter at Hobby Sense, we are looking forward to another
four years, and then another!
