Shipping policy

The policy at Hobby Sense is to ship orders the next business day,  although due to sometimes higher volume of orders, it may take an additional day or two. We offer free shipping for orders $120 and up.

Shipping Restrictions: No shipping on Saturdays\Sundays and Provincial Statutory holidays (Manitoba, Canada).
Non-delivery: If a package cannot be delivered to the shipping address provided, it is the customer's responsibility to pay all additional shipping costs
Hobby Sense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please consider adding a "signature required" option when ordering.  There is an additional fee of $2.50 for that service.
The purchaser would be responsible for paying for any re-orders/shipping in full.
Damaged Shipment: If you receive your order and suspect that by the condition of the box or something is damaged/broken, you need to contact us within two days of receiving the shipment. You will also need to retain all packing and the box and take a picture of the box/parcel.

Winter paint shipping policy: November-April the winter shipping policy is in effect.  Water-Based paints/primers/cleaners/cements/varnishes/putty etc. in Winter may be damaged by freezing during shipping. Please consider weather conditions when ordering in winter. Hobby Sense cannot be held responsible for paint damaged by freezing.  Placing an order for these items means that you agree to these terms.
