You can return any model kit, puzzle, embroidery, and diamond bead kit as long as it’s in its original condition, and has not been opened. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any model glues and/or paints. Please refer to our ‘Refund Policy’ under Returns at the end menu of this website.
Yes, we have free parking in front of our store, as well as a large and close shopping mall parking lot.
Yes, we have handicap parking right in front of our store, and we are wheelchair accessible. Sometimes after we receive product shipments our store isles can be a little restrictive. We ask for your patience and understanding until we unpack the boxes.
Our in-store hours are Tues.-Thurs. 11am-6pm., Fri. 10am-6pm., and Sat. 10am-5pm. We’re closed Monday and Sunday.
